Finding Hope and Comfort During a Difficult Season

As the holiday season approaches, we often anticipate gatherings, traditions, and joyful celebrations. Yet for those grieving the loss of a loved one, this time of year can bring renewed pain and loneliness. Familiar songs, scents, and celebrations may stir difficult memories, and the pressure to “be cheerful” can feel overwhelming.

During this supportive two-hour session, we will:

• Watch a comforting and relatable video featuring grief experts and individuals who have found hope after loss.
• Join in small-group discussions where you can share your experiences or simply listen.
• Receive a Holiday Survival Guide with strategies for coping with difficult emotions, handling traditions, and finding peace during the season.
