Pamela Rose Hetrick Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Pamela Rose Hetrick, age 69, of Alta, Iowa died Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the Pocahontas Manor in Pocahontas, Iowa. Memorial services will take place at a later date. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Alta is in charge of the arrangements. Pamela Rose Hetrick was born September 14, 1952 to Orie L. Jr. and Vernita (Lafrentz) Hetrick in Alta, Iowa. She was a member of the Storm Lake/ Alta Church of Christ. Pam went to high school in Alta and graduated in 1972. Pam worked at various places over the years: Vilas’s, Bilmar, Buena Vista Hospital, and Goodwill. She was a member of the Storm Lake Moose Lodge and the Alta VFW Auxiliary. In her free time, Pam enjoyed bowling and belonged to many leagues over the years. She loved attending the activities of all her nieces and nephews. Pam will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Those left to cherish her memories are her brother, Orie L. (Jeannine) Hetrick III of Fonda, Iowa; sister, Reta Hocking (Ben Demers) of Rembrandt, Iowa; nieces and families: Crystal (Chris) Cleveland of Jewell, Iowa; Tristan and Kaden Cleveland; Breanna (James) Hoffard of Lytton, Iowa; Ashley Robinson (Travis Swanson) of Humboldt, Iowa; Braiden Swanson; Rodney III and Rielynn Robinson; Brittany Hetrick (Chris Howland) of Pocahontas, Iowa; Shea Howland; Jaimie Hocking of Perry, Iowa; nephew: Justin (April) Hocking of Storm Lake, Iowa; great niece, Mary Connolly of Storm Lake, Iowa; great nephew, Kyler Connolly of Storm Lake, Iowa; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and extended family and friends. Pam is preceded in death by her parents, Orie L. Jr. and Vernita Hetrick.
