Cheryl "Cherri" Pyle-Haack

Cheryl "Cherri" Pyle - Haack, age 77, of Schaller, Iowa passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 at her home in Schaller. Funeral services will take place Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Schaller. Burial will be in the Schaller Cemetery. Visitation will take place Friday, October 21, 2022 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in SCHALLER. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Schaller is in charge of the arrangements. Cheryl “Cherri” Pyle Haack was born December 21, 1944 to F. Arthur and Dorothy (Anderson) Wilson in Schaller, Iowa. She was baptized on January 27, 1946 and confirmed in the Methodist church. She later confirmed her faith at the Lutheran Church on March 25, 1979. Cherri was a lifelong resident of Schaller, graduating in 1963. Cherri was united in marriage to Warren Ehrp. To this union, three children were born: Tina, Natalie and Chad. She later married Don Pyle on June 19, 1972 and joined his family of eight children: Mike, Craig, Jennifer, Dan, Nancy, Kathy, Gary, Marcia. Together were blessed with three children: Donelle, Stephanie, and Lacey. During that time, they enjoyed traveling and family vacations. Following Don’s passing, Cherri married Duane Haack on February 15, 1992. Cherri had a lifelong love of antiques and together they opened Cherri’s Antiques in 1994. They enjoyed making many friendships while attending flea markets and many antique shows. After his passing, she continued her love of antiques doing antique shows with her children and grandchildren. Left to cherish Cherri’s memory include her children: Tina Frank of Schaller, Iowa; Natalie (Anthony) Ehrp of Altoona, Iowa; Chad Ehrp of Schaller, Iowa; Donelle (Shannon) Koenigstein of Ankeny, Iowa; Stephanie (Kyle) Altamimi of McCook Lake, South Dakota; Lacey Pyle of Ankeny, Iowa; grandchildren: KayLynn (Austin) Hildebrand; Laura (Matt) Page; Nathan (Nichole) Frank; Taya Hinkeldey; Melinda Ehrp; Austin Ehrp; Miranda (Brandon) Edwards; Gabby Koenigstein; great grandchildren: Raelee and Jaxson Page; Skylar Hildebrand; Harper Frank; Lucas, Emmett, Hailey, and Bennett Edwards; extended family and friends. Cherri is preceded in death by her husbands: Don Pyle and Duane Haack; parents: F. Arthur and Dorothy (Anderson) Wilson; sisters: Doreen (Gene) Kestel; JoAnn Vrana; Glenice (George) Koth; Bonnie Filer; Marjorie (Doug) Hussey; grandson: Joshua Ehrp.
