Evelyn C. Wanberg Evelyn C. Wanberg, age 88, of 55068 Cobus Lane Elkhart, Indiana, and formerly of Galva, Iowa died at 2:45 A.M. September 4, 2004 at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Elkhart, Indiana. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 10, 2004 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Schaller. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the Fratzke-Jensen Funeral Home in Schaller, where there will be a rosary service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Schaller, under the direction of the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Schaller. Evelyn O’Meara was born April 18, 1916 in Ida County, Iowa to James and Clara (Keefe) O'Meara. On December 31, 1937 she married Clifford O. Wanberg in Schaller, Iowa. He died March 14, 1999. Surviving is one daughter, Mary S. Wanberg of Elkhart; a son, John E. (LInda) Wanberg of Niles, Michigan; two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren; as well as other extended family and friends. Evelyn was preceded in death by two sisters: Annette Rens and Marie Peterson; and three brothers: Clare, Roy and Francis O'Meara. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. |
